2. Types of Data We Process
Dream Home AI processes content that you choose to provide in order to generate AI-powered design results. This may include:

- Text prompts or instructions you enter
- Design selections you make in the app, such as styles, seasons, occasions, colours, and other creative preferences
We do not use this data for cross-app or cross-website tracking.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use the content you provide to deliver the app's core functionality, including generating design concepts, styled transformations, seasonal or occasion-based designs, and other AI-assisted visual results.
To process your request securely, your uploaded content may pass through our Firebase and Google Cloud Functions infrastructure before being sent to third-party AI providers, such as OpenAI, strictly as needed to generate and return your requested result.
4. Third-Party Processing and Data Sharing
To provide AI features, Dream Home AI shares user-provided content only as necessary with service providers involved in processing your request. This includes Firebase and Google Cloud Functions for secure request handling, and OpenAI for AI processing and generation.
This may include your uploaded photo, text prompt, and selected design options. We share this data only for the purpose of operating the service, providing the requested feature, and returning your AI-generated result.
We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.
5. Explicit Permission for AI Processing
Before using certain AI features that require user-provided content to be sent to third-party providers for processing, Dream Home AI requests your explicit permission in the app. This permission is requested before that content is transmitted.
You can review or change this choice later in the app's settings where available. If you do not grant permission, certain AI-powered features may not function.
6. Data Storage and Retention
Generated results and saved designs may be stored locally on your device and, where applicable, in your private iCloud account if iCloud sync is enabled.
Prompts and uploaded images sent for AI processing are not retained by us on our servers beyond transient processing required to handle and complete your request. We do not store this submitted content server-side after processing is complete.
Third-party providers may process data transiently in order to provide their services, subject to their own applicable terms, policies, and security practices.
7. User Rights and Control
You remain in control of the content you save in the app. You can access, modify, or delete saved designs directly through the app or through your iCloud account where applicable.
You may also withdraw consent for future AI processing in the app's settings where available. Withdrawing consent will not affect prior processing that has already taken place, but it may prevent certain AI features from being used going forward.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. Content sent for processing is transmitted using secure methods, and data stored on your device or in iCloud benefits from Apple's security protections where applicable.

Dream Home AI is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we become aware that such data has been provided, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Because Dream Home AI relies on third-party service providers and AI providers, your data may be processed in countries other than your own. By using the relevant AI-powered features, you understand that your content may be transferred to and processed in other jurisdictions as necessary to provide the service.
