Terms of Service of Dream Home AI

1. Agreement

This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and Law Industries Ltd, located in the United Kingdom ("Company", "us", "we", or "our"). By accessing or using Dream Home AI ("the App"), you agree to abide by these Terms of Service.

2. Service Description

Dream Home AI is an AI-powered design and enhancement tool that helps you visualise, plan, and transform your interior, exterior, and garden spaces. Using advanced AI technology, the App allows users to:

  • Upload photos of rooms, gardens, or exteriors to redesign them in different styles.
  • Experiment with new aesthetics, materials, and colour palettes.
  • Add or replace features in images, such as furniture, décor, or landscaping elements.
  • Explore curated style suggestions and AI-generated design variations.

The App integrates with OpenAI’s Vision API to process user photos securely, generating realistic design suggestions to inspire your next project.

3. Data and Privacy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. When using the App, your uploaded photos are temporarily sent to OpenAI’s Vision API for analysis and are automatically deleted after processing. No photos are retained on external servers. 4. Modifications

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be notified of any changes through in-app notifications or other appropriate means. Continued use of the App after such changes will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App for any reason, including breach of these terms. If your access is terminated, any locally stored data on your device will remain under your control.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Company makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy or suitability of design suggestions. The App is for creative inspiration only and is not intended to replace professional architectural, engineering, or design services. You agree to use the App at your own risk, and the Company is not responsible for any harm, loss, or damage arising from your use of the App.

8. Governing Law

9. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and the Company regarding the use of Dream Home AI. Any additional agreements or communications will not override these Terms unless explicitly stated in writing.
