Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service form a legally binding agreement between you and Law Industries Ltd, located in the United Kingdom ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), in relation to your use of Dream Home AI ("the App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Service Description

Dream Home AI is an AI-powered home and garden design app that helps users visualise creative transformations and styling ideas for interiors, exteriors, gardens, and other domestic spaces.

Depending on the feature used, the App may allow you to:

  • Upload photos of rooms, gardens, exteriors, or other spaces for AI-assisted visual redesign or styling
  • Explore different aesthetics, materials, colours, layouts, and decorative approaches
  • Generate seasonal or occasion-based styling concepts
  • Add, remove, or restyle visual elements such as furniture, décor, finishes, landscaping, or themed decorative details
  • Review AI-generated design ideas and variations for inspiration

Dream Home AI is intended to provide creative inspiration and concept visualisation only. Results may vary and may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for real-world implementation.

3. AI Processing and Consent

Some features of the App require your uploaded photos, prompts, and selected design options to be processed using third-party services, including Firebase, Google Cloud Functions, and OpenAI, in order to generate your requested result.

Where required, the App will request your explicit permission before transmitting this content for AI processing. If you do not provide permission, certain AI-powered features may not be available.

4. User Content

You are responsible for the content you upload or submit through the App, including photos, prompts, and instructions. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use and submit that content and to allow it to be processed for the purpose of providing the App's functionality.

You must not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate. We reserve the right to limit or suspend access to the App where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

5. Data and Privacy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. Content submitted for AI processing may pass through Firebase and Google Cloud Functions and may be shared with OpenAI as necessary to provide the requested feature.

Prompts and uploaded images sent for AI processing are not retained by us on our servers beyond transient processing required to complete your request. For more information about how your data is handled, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

6. Refunds and Consumption Data

If you request a refund for an in-app purchase or subscription, Apple may ask us to provide limited information about how the purchased content or service was used in order to help evaluate the request.

Where permitted, this may include information such as whether a purchase, credit, generation, or feature was accessed or consumed. This information is shared solely for the purpose of assisting Apple with refund review and is handled in accordance with applicable law and App Store policies.

7. Modifications to the App or Terms

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may notify users through the App or by other appropriate means. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, including where we believe you have breached these Terms or used the App in a harmful, unlawful, or abusive way.

Termination or suspension will not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued before that time. Any content stored locally on your device or in your iCloud account remains subject to your own control and Apple's services where applicable.

9. Limitation of Liability

Dream Home AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, quality, or suitability of the App or any AI-generated output.

The App is for creative and illustrative purposes only and does not replace professional architectural, structural, engineering, landscaping, interior design, or other specialist advice. You use the App at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Law Industries Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the App.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other terms expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company in relation to your use of Dream Home AI.
